In cases of fire, efficient response and downtime of your safety systems can mean the difference between huge operational losses or a salvageable business. Our Hydrant System is the one; you can always count on in such situations.
A fire hydrant system is a safety measure or emergency equipment required in some buildings that comprises a series of components that when assembled together provide a source of water to assist fire authorities in a fire. The components include piping, fitting, Hose reels, Hose cabinets, hydrants & pumps. Every hydrant has one or more outlets to which a fire hose may be connected. In order to provide sufficient water for firefighting, hydrants are sized to provide a minimum flow rate of about 250 gallons per minute (945 liters per minute), although most hydrants can provide much more. Three types of pumps are installed to ensure the smooth functioning of Hydrant system i-e Jockey, Electric & Diesel Pump. Buildings that have a hydrant system may have fewer chances of losses since firefighters should be able to more rapidly extinguish a fire.
